Wow! Talk about responsive customer service. I am a new homeowner (currently living out of state) in need of repairs. I struggled to get call backs from businesses I contacted with splashy websites and testimonials. Home Advisor recommended Base Services and they responded quickly - gave me a great price and did the work the next day! I would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, am creating a list! After 3 companies on Home Advisor failed to follow through on commitments, I contacted Sean at Base Services. I phoned him on a Monday, he came and did and estimate on Wednesday and the job was completed the following week. He replaced and painted 2 doors in our basement, replaced 4 faucets in our bathrooms and repaired a bifold door upstairs. Sean was professional and respected both our time and our property. He left his work area spotless.The jobs were finished on time as promised. Unlike most service providers on the Eastern Shore, he kept every commitment for phone calls and appointments My husband and I will definitely hire him again for future work at our home.
