One word: DISRESPECTFUL. Glenn confirmed he was coming to fix our dryer on Wednesday, 4/16 at noon. 1:00pm comes around and he is has not shown up and I have not been contacted. I text and call him to confirm we are still on the schedule, no response. The next morning I call and send a text, asking if we were still getting our dryer serviced, NO RESPONSE AGAIN BUT HE READS MY TEXT MESSAGE. I never heard back from in. It's so disrespectful and ignorant of other people's time. How can you run a business with this type of ignorance? DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want someone wasting your time. How disappointing.

WARNING - Dont use Glenn/GMH Applance Services. Dont become a victim as we have. Glenn is a scam artist. He will string you along and never complete the work he promises. RED Flags, Standard White pick-up no company truck, logo etc. He only takes checks or cash no credit cards. When I called his company he returned my call almost immediately. That was 3 weeks ago. Since that time my only communication with him is through text messages only. My phone calls go unanswered and now he doesnt respond to texts. As a retired veteran and law enforcement officer living on a fixed income my mistake was trusting him and it is costing my wife and I money we cant afford to lose. I will be taking him to court. Google him to see what kind of person you are dealing with.

He told us he needed to order a part, charged us $316.41 and never responded to us again. I saw Yelp reviews after I contracted him and I wish I read them beforehand. We really don't need this stress.

No Show--paid Glenn to fix ice maker-said he was ordering part and scheduled installation/service--did not show up and not returning calls. Clearly fraud.

He took money & never came back to fix freezer. Never called back, disappeared!

Nobody answers their phone and nobody calls you back. Dryer repair was expensive but seemed to work. It didn't last, and broke down shortly after.

The initial visit and diagnosis was fine. Everything went down hill from there. I called for services the first week of Oct. 2023. Parts were ordered. The oven still did not work. Iade Glenn aware the issue was still there and he said he would be out the following Monday. He no showed no called and ghosted me for over a week. He finally came out told me what the new issue was and ordered a part. He also replaced shocks in my washer...the washer now leaks from underneath. After paying $400 he never brought the replacement part. He eventually did promise to come to the house again. Another noncall no show. He promised multiple times that he would refund me in whole when I finally did get a hold of him after a month. At one point he said the check was returned to him butnhe neber let me know that. He said he would drop it off. He did not. I asked for it to be returned electronically to my account. He said okay and confirmed my account number. That was a month ago. To date I still have not gotten return of contact or a refund. I have all conversation and promise of refund documented in text form. I have never been so disappointed with a repair business before.

Test was ran on our washer .Error . code was Control Panel â ¦ Control Panel was replaced and when we used washer for the first time after he replaced Control Panel , we still have the same problem as before â ¦ I have tried reaching this Company multiple times through email , text message and phone calls ( I always have to leave a voicemail ) .. Here it is almost 2 months later and still no response .. NOTHING !!!! Our washer is still not working ( we cannot even use it ). And we are out the $ 400 for the repair they claimed they did .. This is so unacceptable .. We just wanted our washer fixed .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!! BEEN RIPPED OFF

Repairman Glenn came to house, spent 30 minutes, said he fixed the problem and ice would start to be made. Charged $190 with no parts needed. Ice maker didnâ t work. Called and left text and voice messages and got no response. 5 days later left luckily contacted repairman and made a follow up appointment. Repairman never showed up for f/u appt. Contracted another repair company. Do not use this company

Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Communication needs work but Glenn is working hard to improve his business.

Quick response to my appliance emergency in Ocean City while I was hours away. They got the job done the next day. Courteous and dependable. Will definitely call them again.

The dishwasher was not draining. Glen came out, said get needed a part...which I went out and bought, he installed it. I used the dishwasher the next day...same problem. Called to tell him up was still broken, He came back Tuesday to fix the problem. He is a very nice young man and very professional. I would most definately hire him again.

Excellent communication. Showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem. Would definitely hire again.

My dishwasher was not working so I called and GMH sent out a technician the next day. I have misplaced the technicianâ s card but he was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. Dishwasher was fixed and have had no other problems with it in the last week. I will certainly reach out to this company again if I have any other problems with appliances.
