From start to finish I was very impressed with Shoreline Exterior & Sr Property Inspector Charles Owen was exceptional in his commitment to getting the job done in a timely fashion. He directly identified storm damage on our roof and we called Charles Owen out for a free inspection. He explained the whole process and helped assist us with filing a claim and meeting our insurance adjuster to make sure the damages were correctly approved! I highly recommend using Shoreline Exteriors and Sr. Property Inspector Charles Owen as they are simply AMAZING! Don't hesitate to call Charles Owen and Shoreline Exteriors as they are experts with storm damage!!

I am highly disappointed with Senior Property Inspector Charles Owen & Shoreline Exteriors, I highly recommend running away and finding anyone else providing roofing services. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction are absent. They made an agreement with my ex-wife on some gutters during the roof replacement I authorized. I was not asked nor told about this arrangement. I said several times only what insurance covers. During this entire process Charles harassed my ex-wife for payment checks from the insurance company and then the insurance adjuster to the point that the insurance company detective called me as the uninvolved third party to warm me about Charles toxic behavior towards my ex-wife. I would not recommend this company at all. We had a dozen tradesmen working on our $1.1 Million house, and this is the only one that harassed and created a toxic environment for all.

Charles Owen is very educated In the roofing business not only did I get a new roof but also replaced all gutters and down spouts... along with the professionalism of Shoreline Exteriors the out of pocket cost was the best only required to pay deductible and the cost of gutters.. thank you so much.. I highly recommend them.

We had our roof and gutters replaced. Had gutters installed on our pool and tool sheds. Mike's crew was on time and did quality work. Will be using them again for other projects.
