He was very flexible and worked with our schedule, even though we had to postpone our start date because we discovered termites on our property. He confirmed our design choices throughout the construction process, ensuring that we would be pleased with the outcome. Jeff's work crew were polite and hard-working. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the yard free of construction debris. They also washed down the deck and trellis to clean off mud that splashed onto it during construction. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."
