There were a couple of unexpected expenses (replacing old skylights and a door not included in the original quote), but they were dealt with efficiently. Any issues were brought to my attention and a solution worked out. The workmen were professional, courteous, and friendly. "Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. I can’t forgot to mention his prices are better than every company I’ve ever had out to my home"

"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."
