"Mr. Thomas, Dwight and crew performed the level 2 chimney inspection (only/no sweep requested) and repaired the brick/masonry of the chimney, including repacing the flue liner and repair of the chimney box. They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. The job was completed within 2 days and so far, everything is looks fantastic. Waiting for a cool day to crank up the fireplace. They also provided a professional lamination card and pen for reminders of next year's chimney sweep. "Marvin and his crew were awesome. The quoted price was very reasonable. We got on the books quickly. They arrived on time. We hired for chimney sweeping and external chimney work. What blew me away was how thorough Marvin was. He had pictures of the work that needed to be done. Then did another round of photos to show me the damage on the roof that day. We talked through my options for repair and I went with a fix of the mortar on the cap. They were so thorough!! He had photos throughout the process and explained all of the steps to me. I appreciated the explanations and proof of the scope of work. The quality of work was also stellar. Our two chimneys inside are so clean, including the glass doors. The exterior looks awesome.
