They did a good job. The raccoons were evacuated and the attic insulation replaced. Because we needed the insurance company to inspect in between cleaning and repairing, Chris worked with our schedule.

It was challenging to have them complete the job correctly. Took multiple visits, and communication was poor, between us and between their team.

Great job but dry wall repair guy missed first appointment

I had a very large hornets nest to be removed & Absolute took care of it quickly and carefully. The technician walked our property to see if there was any other activity and he found a small one being built on the roof eaves. He took care of that one as well. Very satisfied with the work.

Two thumbs up for Absolute Home and Pest Solutions. If you have attic pests, be they squirrels or mice, they probably are elsewhere in your home. The Technicians from Absolute identified entry points. They closed off holes. They placed exit door off roof gable. They removed all attic insulation and blew in new insulation. They really listened to our needs and took care of the problem. I highly recommend them.

They found technician to come on short notice & ended up saving my foster car bu cutting dry wall & vents. And then put it back together.

You know a company is outstanding when they solve a problem that two well-rated competitors could not. We had a problem over multiple winters with squirrels getting into the attic of our house. Other well-rated pest companies couldn’t solve the problem. Absolute Home and Pest found the entry points (which were not easy to find), blocked them, erected strong barriers to prevent the squirrels from coming back, and replaced the attic insulation with energy efficient and rodent resistant material. They found the entry points, in part, because they had a team that went up on roof (which is quite steep) and looked closely. Entry points, particulary for flying squirrels, can be exceedingly small, and you need someone (not a roofer, not a handyman, which I had used previously) who knows what to look for and what to use to keep the squirrels from coming back. Other pest companies would not go on our roof. Absolute did. They communicated well, throughout, and charged a fair price. I strongly recommend them.

We were being plagued by a raccoon that kept attempting to dig their way through our roof to get into our home. We called Absolute Home and Pest, and Cody came out and did a very thorough job that included trapping the raccoon, securing any openings to our attic and patching the shingles. It's not inexpensive, but Cody was thorough, knowledgable and responsive, and I came to value the service he provided. Now the raccoon is a good 35 miles away, and we are resting easier.

I had a virtual hotel if groundhogs and the occasional fox living under my porch. Absolute Home and Pest Solutions gave a fair price (similar to others) but included many more services and a more detailed solution. They also gave me a much better warranty. Fantastic customer service, responsive, and high quality. Highly recommend!

We found a European Hornet’s nest inside a floor grate in our fireplace. My neighbor actually had an appt with Absolute and I went over (more like wandered over and interrupted them) to ask if they could assist. Kody quickly helped me on the spot to get removal and extermination squeezed in for the very next day. Sully and Kody showed up on time and knocked everything out without any issues. Afterwards, Chris called me to double check if the work met my expectations, which it absolutely did. They were super friendly, effective, and responsive. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would use again 100% and will be recommending to friends and family.

Absolute home and pest solutions is ABSOLUTE-ly the best. Part of being a successful professional is coming out and making sure every detail turned out as it should have. Chris came out four or five different times on his own time to make sure everything worked out the way it was supposed to. Hire these guys - they’ll see it through.

Christopher saved the day today with his removal of a little bird that unfortunately flew in the oven vent from outside and got stuck in the hood over the oven. He came quickly and pulled out all of the stops to make sure that we were able to get the little guy home- climbing on the roof, removing the oven hood piece by piece, and ultimately catching the bird in his hands and releasing it (after giving it a sip of water). In addition to the excellent and professional removal service, the care with which Christopher treated the frightened little guy warmed my heart. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. Thank you!

Traps are set with follow up plans

Terrible. The guy refused to come and give us an estimate because he had heard we were taking bids for the job. He was rude, too. So strange. Stay away from these guys.

We called Absolute for the removal of a raccoon in our attic. As usual with our house nothing is simple. The raccoon had entered in a part of the house with no access to the attic and the entrance was on a side of the house 40 feet or so off the ground. We worried that the raccoon was a female and had given birth (as had happened once before in a different part of our house). Enter Chris James. He assured us that he could catch our guest and laid out traps. For a week or so the traps caught two squirrels but no raccoon. Chris returned and said he'd have to change the bait. He put together some special concoction and within two days we had our raccoon. After a week of hearing no noises in the attic Absolute sent out a team to repair the hole on the side of our house. I would recommend this company. I don't know how they compare in price with other companies but they were responsive and got the job done.

Good service. A professional job overall. I would call them again if I had any concerns about wildlife intrusion onto my property.

Absolute Home and Pest Solutions has been awful to deal with. Bottom line, Absolute Home and Pest Solutions misdiagnosed the pest issue at my house and charged me three monthly treatments for the incorrect pest. I ultimately solved my pest issue by calling ANOTHER pest company who professionally and correctly diagnosed the issue and removed the pest in one single appointment. As such, since the other company solved the issue, I cancelled the third appointment with Absolute Home and Pest Solutions 10 days in advance. No service was rendered and in spite of a cancellation confirmation they charged me anyways, refused to refund the charge, and the ‘billing department’ never returned my calls. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company. Save yourself the four month nightmare and just skip to hiring another pest company. Zero stars!
