"Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done. As we suspected, the lock was shot but Lawrence was able to replace it with newer version of the exact same Yale lock! Lawrence was extremely knowledgable regarding DC codes and explained that if we rented our house, we could call back and have the lock portion replaced with a handle! Great job!
