I was very pleased with everything I'd had and been using it now for a month and a half and everything is more perfectly fine. I’ve been very pleased with it. All their workers were just very excellent. They came on time and they left on time. They were fairly reasonable in their price. They had a project manager who came to oversee the project.

Excellent experience with Black & White Kitchen & Bath - from the first phone call to the final sign off. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is outstanding. When we first met with Junior, I’m embarrassed to say, I was a little skeptical because he seemed so young. Immediately I realized he knew exactly what he was talking about and had answers to every question we asked. He knows his business! He helped us through the design, explained the construction process/timeline, made great suggestions in the showroom and stayed within the budget we told him we were working with. Once we signed the contract, Junior set us up with an app to monitor the progress of the job. We were able to see the timeline of work tasks and each day work was done, pictures were uploaded with the progress. We weren’t always staying at the home, so this was very helpful in tracking the progress of the job. Junior also connected us to Emilio, who would oversee the work being done. Just like Junior, Emilio answered every question we had and kept in constant communication about every step of the project. We asked for a few changes and extra things as the work was happening and Emilio easily accommodated the requests and made updates to project plan. We were never left wondering what was happening. The job was completed in the agreed upon timeframe - a critical piece of the work. Also worth noting, the men who did the work were the kind of people you’d want in your home doing work. Knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day so we could continue daily living in the space. The whole process was well priced, well communicated, and left us with a beautiful result. I look forward to future bathroom renovations with B&W K&B!

Black & white did an outstanding job with our shower replacement. The old shower was a disaster and Black & White throughly explained what needed to be done. They worked with my wife with suggestions and samples of tile and trim. Every day as the work progressed they explained what they were doing and answered every question. The finished shower is stunning. We could not be any happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Black & White for any remodeling project you may need.

The whole process went quite well. They offered a reasonable cost estimate for the work and stayed within the estimate even with small adjustments in the plans during the project. Detailed planning went smoothly at the office in Laytonsville. The project stayed on schedule. All work and materials seemed very high quality. The workers were very friendly and responsive to my suggestions. I recommend highly.

Black and White Kitchen and Bath was selected from a group of contractors to complete the renovation of the Men & Women's Bathrooms of our church. Their planning process was smooth and there were many options for materials. There were some challenges withe scheduling at times, but the management was very responsive to our concerns. We are more than pleased with the outcome of our renovations and would highly recommend Black and White Kitchen & Bath.

Black n White performed the tasks as scheduled during contract. They were very responsive and punctual. There was a bump in one of the tasks they performed but they tried their best. Every crew member knew what they were doing. Mainly, the project manager, David did a fantastic job in managing the entire project. The project started and ended on time - which is a big plus these days. I will recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Very well! Black & White did a great job on our kitchen and half bath remodel! Their two-man crew worked really quickly and efficiently providing a high quality end product, which included new flooring and recessed lights. Our kitchen turned out exactly how it was designed!

Everything about this company and crew was exceptional to include wearing their masks, being polite, constantly asking questions to validate our needs, demonstrating their intent before they did everything to make sure it met our expectations. They give architectural suggestions that help improve our home. Quality was above average - excellent. They applied the classic "measure many times, cut once." Our renovation was in the six figures included porcelain tiles, heated tiles in the sunroom, painting, an entire kitchen, drywall, replacing appliances from one home to another because we bought a new place and were renovating it. They installed an electrical outlet by the toilet and installed an advanced bidet with heated water, heated air, etc. REAL ESTATE: They helped us a LOT in getting the for-sale property for sale. They were so successful the property sold in less than 12 hours from listing and 4% over list price.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new home office renovation that was completed by the Black & White Kitchen and Bath team. The work was done excellently and I could not be more happy. Mr. Gerson Zelaya, the owner, has been top notch from the beginning of the process until the end. His team of dedicated contractors were professional and did stellar work and daily kept the work area clean before leaving for the day. I truly enjoyed this process and the final product as well. Special shout out to both Mitsy and Polo for their superb part in this overall project. I will certainly be recommending this team and company to my friends and rehiring this team for future work.

This was our first major interior home remodeling project (we did an entire teardown and rebuild of our kitchen, and while these things are never easy, we were pleased with the work that Black & White Kitchen did. Manuel and his crew worked very hard timely and quality completion of the work, and our site manager Apolo stopped by regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly. The workers showed up more or less on time, when expected. If any changes needed to be made, or we needed clarification on something, our office contacts Gerson and MItsy were quick to respond to our inquiries. When our appliances we bought were not working properly, they did their best to troubleshoot. I greatly appreciate that they never left us hanging during the project, which was something I was very nervous about. The team completed the project in about 4 weeks, which was a bit delayed due to everything being on backorder due to COVID, but more or less within the estimated time frame.

Excellent. These people did a superb job with attention to detail on my basement build. This was a full bathroom within tight space constraints, and they made it work perfectly. Every phase of the job was detailed and professional. Amazing skills. Highly recommended.

We recently chose Black & White Kitchen and Bath to do a full renovation in our townhouse. We worked closely with Mr Zelaya. We were instantly impressed with Zelaya's patience as we asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance, as this was our first time going through a renovation project. We found Zelaya to be knowledgeable, prompt to reply, and helpful in some of the decision making processes. We were highly impressed with the professionalism, and work ethic of the crew who were on our project. They arrived promptly each morning, and worked through till the evening. Most of the time they were there 8:30am-5pm or later. The workers were professional, ensuring to protect our floors, furniture, and have plastic up for dust protection and always cleaned up the job site each evening prior to leaving. For our work, we needed them to complete demolition of our current kitchen, remove a wall, install all new cabinets/hardware and backsplash, and we had them expand a hall closet to accompany our washer/dyer which was in our kitchen. All of this work was completed in about 3 weeks. We would highly recommend Black & White Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen and bathroom renovations to others. We are, and anyone who sees our kitchen, is so impressed with the quality of the finished product and the timeline for completion. It has been over 3 months and all their work is in great shape. I highly recommend Black & White Kitchen and Bath If I could give 10 stars I would. I am very thankful I ran across this amazing company. My remodel turned out stunning and I love the design that we worked together to come up with. They offer great design ideas that really help to bring the whole project together. I can't wait to use them again in the future.

They got a nice bathroom. Everything was great. They were very nice people. The workers were great. They were very professional. I have no complaints. Everything was really smooth. I was surprised. I don't have any problems. I was really happy with the work.
