He took his time to assess the vent access points and even took apart some of the piping in the basement to ensure the full length of the vent was cleaned. He had a little problem with his shop vac so you guys should buy him a new one, but no worries, everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now.
