Jaime from FCS committed to email me (the renter) a time slot for the appointment, and invoice my landlord directly. Two weeks passed and he did neither one. I had to email him the day before the appointment. He emailed me back at 11pm to tell me I needed to be available 10am-1pm the next day (a Wednesday) - no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Then the technicians came and had no information about invoicing the landlord, so I had to explain the arrangement to them and then email Jaime - and again, no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive nature with which he regarded my time and his own commitments doesn?t make me want to recommend this company to others."
