Dryer Vent Cleaning
RIP OFF-Don't use them. They wanted $880 for a job that someone else did for $200. I was only out $39.00 for their estimate visit fee.

As a national franchise our pricing is also uniform regardless of market and visible on tablets for customers to review prior to service. I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our pricing however the reviews listed on Angie's (and several other sites) attested to our excellent workmanship and expertise. In essence you get what you pay for in home improvement and shoddy dryer vent service can lead to damaged dryers, home fires, and in rare cases death if it is not done correctly. A quick google search will support this fact. We often follow up behind and correct work performed by bargain basement outfits that tinker with dryer vent lines as an add on to their bread and butter services (HVAC, handymen, general contractors, etc.) and if that happens to be the case here (which I hope it is not) feel free to give us a call. replaced long run of duct with rigid type, replaced internal ductwork to dryer plus outside vent cap. Very pleased with service. But pricing was based on a catalog of fixed prices for various parts of the project, with overlapping scope - had to negotiate the total price so as not to pay twice for same components. Seemed expensive but high quality.

Matt, with DVW checked in and showed up at the designated appointment time. He took his time to assess the vent access points and even took apart some of the piping in the basement to ensure the full length of the vent was cleaned. He had a little problem with his shop vac so you guys should buy him a new one, but no worries, everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. No more errors showing up on our dryer alerts so we feel the job was done spot on and we appreciate the extra coupon the tacked on to their already low prices after we compared them to other vent cleaning services for our area.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
With 15 minutes clean and 30 minutes inspection of one technician's work the company asked for $325 dryer clean + $39 inspection fee. Only after I complained the owner lowered the total price to $285. Be aware!

We clean, install, and repair vent lines. In addition we replace vent covers, remove bird's nests, and we clean the combustible lint from the interior of the dryer systems. We may charge a bit more than companies that do one stop vent line cleaning (chimney, hvac, dryer, etc) but those companies don't address the most dangerous and problematic areas like the ones that I just mentioned. In most cases these are the primary causes of the dryer efficiency problems. Furthermore we provided you with excellent service and our work is guaranteed so if you have any additional questions do not hesitate to give us a call. Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our dryer vented from the first floor to the roof of the garage. Really not a good situation. We took the advice of dryer vent wizard and had a new vent installed to the side of the dryer directly to the outside. He also cleaned the lint from the dryer. The dryer now works more efficiently and we will be able to easily clean the vent ourselves in the future.

It was great - DeQuaun Tyson was our technician. He arrived on time, he was polite and professional. He paid attention to the information I was giving him and then looked everything over before giving me an estimate. The work was fully completed within 1.5 hours of his arrival and he double-checked his two work spaces. Then his supervisor came by for a quick 5 min check on his work. All's great! Will definitely hire them again!

Maxwell of Dryer Vent Wizard did an excellent job replacing our loose dryer vent hose, installing a new outside exhaust and thoroughly removing lint from the dryer. He arrived as scheduled, was very professional and performed the needed work quickly. Maxwell explained the needed work and gave us an estimate before beginning the work. The old loose dryer vent hose had been a problem for several years and we are so glad we found Dryer Vent Wizard. Highly recommended.
