He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

His communication, workmanship and price was good. When other companies say they will charge $79 or $99 just to have someone show up to give you an estimate, it ties down a customer to force getting work done with them. I declined 3 other pros since they did not want to give me pricing by pics or FaceTime. It is a waste of my time. Thank you Jesse for everything. I was very thankful that he was able to replace it so quickly so that we didn’t have any mess or damage. Other people that I contacted either didn’t respond or wouldn’t come out until Monday morning.
