He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Needed garden spigot replaced. Jesse gave me upfront pricing after I sent him pictures of the work that needed to be done. Gave me a very good price and came very next morning to get the job done. His communication, workmanship and price was good. When other companies say they will charge $79 or $99 just to have someone show up to give you an estimate, it ties down a customer to force getting work done with them. I declined 3 other pros since they did not want to give me pricing by pics or FaceTime. It is a waste of my time. Thank you Jesse for everything. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed.
