849 Absolutely terrible experience. 8+ months for the project, start to finish, and when it was "finished", there were still critical mistakes in every area that was touched: Master Bed/Bath - they ordered the wrong shower, installed it incorrectly, then "made it fit" by cutting out the brand new...
Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
