Over the last several years, one project at a time, they refurbished 3 floors of our living space with hardwood and tile flooring, top-to-bottom painting, rebuilt the front porch, repointed the basement/foundation, and renovated our kitchen and half-bathroom. Most recently, DiOrio completed a 2nd floor full-bath reno with some intricate tiling and custom in-wall shelving and we are so delighted with how gorgeous it came out! Just as we have come to expect, they were exceptionally respectful of our home, extremely accommodating of our pets, and always left our property clean and tidy at the end of each workday. "This was our first big remodeling experience and we are happy with the space. They understood what we wanted out of the end result and they made some recommendations that we hadn't thought of. We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home. "Nexus finished a basement (plaster walls, drywall ceiling, vinyl flooring, lighting and baseboards) and remodeled a bathroom (tile, drywall, tub/toilet/vanity installation). Caroline was great to work with. She kept us informed at each step of the way, and was communicative about deadlines and decisions that needed to be made. The crew was very pleasant to have in our home; though the project was disruptive they were very courteous at all times and made sure we were comfortable in the house while work was going on. The basement and bathroom came out beautifully. Would hire again."
