"This was our first big remodeling experience and we are happy with the space. They understood what we wanted out of the end result and they made some recommendations that we hadn't thought of. We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home.
