The Junk Removers provide a simple junk removal service where we dispatch our dump truck teams out to your location and pick up just about any kind of junk or debris. We price our services based on how much space our team members fill up in one of our large dump trucks. You only pay for the space we fill up and the prices include the labor and dump charge. Its all very easy and simple!!!

The man I assume is the owner came up to my car as I was leaving and used profanity and would not let me leave. I was backing up so the guy could have gotten hit. He also got paint on my car

The Junk Removers were great. Lu gave me low & high estimates, based on what I showed him; the actual cost came in right in between. I was please there were no hidden surprises. The crew of Jason, Kyle, John, Jimmy & Connor arrived right on time, and were so efficient that what I thought was a full day's work was completed in about 4 hours. The Junk Removers were incredibly easy & pleasant to work with. I'd hire them again in a hot minute.

I hire Lu and his team to clean out the Basement of my Mom's house. These guys deserve the highest rating possible. They went above and beyond to get everything out of the house, including removing a very, very heavy safe. They spread the job over 2 days, filling their truck to capacity twice. I was please that they recycled the metal, and donated any usable items to Savers. Using The Junk Removers took the emotion out of cleaning out my moms house to get it ready to sell. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lu and your team for a job well done!!!!

Three very polite efficient and professional workers came to the door at the assigned time dressed in orange recognizable jerseys with the firm's name on them. No doubt about identity. Asked if I had a preference as to where they parked their truck. For 3 + hours they hauled boxes, clothes, furniture, rugs etc from the attic to the truck outside at the curb. They never stopped moving. When the first truckload was filled up and driven off to be emptied, the remaining crew continued to move items to the curb for the truck's return, they were never idle. I highly recommend this company and its crew members, they were friendly, efficient and very professional, as was the owner when he came to do the first journey to the attic for his estimate. When the items were all gone, they came in with a large broom and pan to sweep up all the debris on the attic floor and the stairs. I was MORE than pleased with their work.

Called The Junk Removers and spoke with Lou. Lou was very professional, explained the service provided, cost structure and discussed the items I had for pickup. I was able to schedule the pick up for a day after my call and at a time convenient for me. They showed up on time, were professional, kind and worked efficiently. I had a great experience using The Junk Removers. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Went very well. Have hired them on several occasions in the past and have referred friends and family to them. Lu is a true professional. They show up on time and work efficiently. There has never been any funny business with the billing, and the workers are respectful of my property.

They also have the ability to put stuff that is still good for charity or they sell it for consignment. I would be able to get a tax break almost equal to pay them. They did very well. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted The Junk Removers through a form on their website asking for an estimate. I received an estimate within 2 hours and was able to schedule a visit by email very quickly. Lu responded to every email quickly and professionally. I was able to schedule a day and time I wanted. Mike and his young assistant showed up on time and did a good job. The couch was difficult to remove because the doors in my old house are small, but they handled at well. My original estimate did not include the scrap wood and old windows. When I asked for that to be removed in addition, Mike explained clearly how that would affect the price, how the price is determined, and gave me a new price.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

They were great and I have used them before as well. They filled up their truck with some very heavy stuff. There was no way one person could have moved those stuff. I called them and they really arranged the time to come out; they were there half an hour early. They got it done and wrapped up really quickly.

I found The Junk Removers on Angies List. I called and left a message with Lu Annatone who promptly returned my call. I made arrangments to have him meet me and give me an estimate on cost to remove items. Lu met me at the house that day and quickly gave me an estimate/proposal. I hired Lu and he came back to the house with his truck and worked alone and removed EVERYTHING (brush,trash,old items,old furniture,) He was at the house for about 4-5 hours of hard labor work. When everything was gone looked like the house had a make over. Lu was very professional and did a fabulous job.

Was moving and needed to get rid of a lot of junk. They returned my call

Sounded good over the phone! Got a quote but when they came and did the work, the cost almost quadrupled! I, then, had no choice. Bait and switch. They low-balled the estimate to get the work. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with these people! I helped them to load the truck!! What a chump I am!

"As the owner of The Junk Removers, I feel the need to address this review about the customer who felt they were overcharged. I spoke to her on the phone and after describing the items she had I quoted her a price range starting at $155 (1/6 truck) and explained that the service is based on volume or the amount of space the guys fill up in the truck. They guys showed up and knew that she had more than originally identified and provided a revised price and asked her if was ok to proceed, she was surprised by the price of $570 (3/4 truck) and I spoke to her and explained the pricing and she said to do the job and I discounted it $30 to $540 given that there was misunderstanding. Then she decides make these statements. I called her and provided a refund of $140 to show that we do not "bait and switch" as she continued to believe she was overcharged. At any point she could have not gone ahead with the job and there would have been no charges and she could have hired another company instead she went ahead misrepresented our services"

Took whole truck load. Needed another 1/2 load, but just could not afford it. They were good, just expensive. I think they should of came back and removed the rest for the amount of money paid. but they wanted more money to come back.

Lu is the consummate professional. I know him personally from the work he has done for me, and I know several other of his customers, all of whom report the same thing. He is prompt, courteous, good natured, careful and very reasonably priced. His primary focus is always the customer. Whether cleaning out the attic, basement or garage, having to dispose of leftovers after a yard sale, small or large construction projects, etc, Lu and The Junk Removers are the way to go.

The two men showed up on time and were courteous at all times. I live on the 4th floor so hauling the heavy bags of drywall and old carpet out was not an easy job. They were respectful of my neighbors and cleaned up the hallway after they were done. Overall I wave very satisfied with their service. I even tried to hire them again a few weeks later, but they were all booked for the time I needed.

Lu responded to my email within five minutes, came out that day to give me an estimate and scheduled a time to come that week. I had them haul three large items from my basement including an old universal weight machine and many smaller items. There was a lot of taking apart things to get them out. Lu and his workers were pleasant, clean and efficient. I would use them again and recommend them.

It couldn't have been better. They arrived on time, removed the plywood quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
