They originally put a new roof on my house and had to take the old one off and replace some panels. All of this they got done in ONE DAY! I've never seen employees work so hard it brought tears to my eyes lol. I then had Lecla paint the exterior of my home. Eric the manager and Freddy the head of the crew are amazing! super responsive and their work is meticulous and timely! They sanded my house to the bone fixed all the rotted shingles primed and painted all in FOUR DAYS! They are THE MOST efficient company. Don't look anywhere else this is the place!"

Instead, they made it worse and cost me even more money to fix. Stay away if you care about your lawn."

"The initial work was done in a day and it seemed to have gone smoothly, but then after a month the garage door seemed to not work properly. The garage door would hesitate when initially lifting up and the motor was not as quiet. I had them come out a couple of times to double check everything and they said everything was fine. After 6 months it just got worse and worse. I finally called another garage door company and they said that the motor was possibly defective. I called Altas again to have them determine if the motor was defective, but they never returned my calls or came our again. I had the second garage door company come out to look at it and they determined that the motor was not defective, but that it was installed incorrectly."

I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
