"Omar and his crew of brothers did an excellent job. Not only did they clean my chimney, they also replaced chimney liners for my wood boiler and also my oil burner. They did this all in the first service at my home. They removed and replaced professionally my unsafe liners immediately after informing me that the liners were unsafe. That is what I call excellent service. I didn’t have to try to sleep one single night knowing my heating liners were unsafe. I look very forward to the professional maintenance that McBrien’s Fire and Flue will provide me in heating my home safely. He is on time, very respectful of the persons property and between his helper and him I do not know who worked harder. It is hard heavy work and was done beyond approach. I contacted the MA District Attorney's office who put me in touch with consumer advocate Deb Henderson to resolve my issue with Shamrock. She said that she spoke to the owner Carmelo Franco about my issue and said that Franco is uncooperative, therefore we are unable to proceed. I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. "Initially on 4/06/17 the Owner Carlos and his associate Hector came to my home to survey the job site to quote my job scope. They both seemed very pleasant and very friendly and it was explained that I wanted a 14' X 24' U shaped retaining wall for my greenhouse and the retaining wall needed to be filled with cement. Carlos assured me that it would be done correctly. I provided the cinder block and 50 bags of cement and they provided the Rebar, Mortar and the labor. Long story short, they completed the job I thought on 04/19/17. A week or so after when I was starting to start assembling my frame to the greenhouse, I leaned on one of the cinderblock and my hand started to sink into the cinderblock because they did not fill all the cinder blocks with cement, what they did do is filled them mostly with sand and then capped off the cinderblock with approximately 2" of cement. I then left Carlos a text with the issue and requested for him to contact me with his solution on how to correct this problem. Carlos never contacted me. I waited another 3-4 weeks and called him on a Sunday and he picked up this time and said that he would have his office contact me and set up a time to have one of his workers come over to my residence and see what needed to be done and then schedule a time he could complete the work. I also told him that I would still pay for the cement and he would provide the labor. He agreed, but unfortunately he never had his office contact me nor any of his workers. I called and left multiple texts and voice messages to his office and cell phone. It is now July and he has still not responded. I believe I gave him ample time and opportunity to respond and fix my retaining wall as a result of cutting corners at my expense. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend this business to anyone because obviously they do not honor their commitment to a contract or stand by their work."

"This is my second review of Lecla I cant write another one on google so ill go to wherever I need to tell the world this is literally THE BEST COMPANY for any home improvements that you need! They originally put a new roof on my house and had to take the old one off and replace some panels. All of this they got done in ONE DAY! I've never seen employees work so hard it brought tears to my eyes lol. I then had Lecla paint the exterior of my home. Eric the manager and Freddy the head of the crew are amazing! super responsive and their work is meticulous and timely! They sanded my house to the bone fixed all the rotted shingles primed and painted all in FOUR DAYS! They are THE MOST efficient company. Don't look anywhere else this is the place!"

"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! All kinds of leaks, CUT FLOOR JOISTS, and other incredibly sketchy shortcuts from the original contractor. Wes walked us through the best strategy to fix everything and his team worked diligently to correct all of the issues and tile the shower beautifully. We will be working with Wes again for many more projects, particularly fixing the floor in this bathroom, which was also a hack job. He has been professional and courteous in all of our dealings with him, he shows up on time when he says he will, answers all of our questions truthfully and in depth, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day and at the end of the job, which is always a huge bonus! Thanks to Wes and his team for their hard work to get us the shower of our dreams, and save us from a mess further down the line."
