"65 % of the tiles were cut. We put down paper and towels. She had came home at the end of the job and yes my helper didn't clean up good I cleaned up everything in front of her. The whole house was being remodeled and it was a mess before I even got there. Ouch that's a hard hit 1.0 guess you can't please everybody . The missing tiles under the vanity there was still old carpet under there that wasn't ripped up she could have called me and I coulda came back and put two little 1" pieces under there. I thought that the job came out really good in my opinion but I guess it doesn't matter. And I thought she was very happy besides the fact of it being a little messy that i cleaned up personally. She even thanked me for staying and cleaning up the little messy spots. I even went the extra mile and replace several blue stones in front of her steps going into the house for free because they were loose and looked like crap that took 2.5 hrs if I was in such a rush I would never replace those blue stones for free. She seem to be happy besides the fact that there was spots that needed a little whip down that cleaned up in front of her could have fooled me that she wasn't pleased."

"Yes it was a very frustrating job nothing was level cabinets weren't level countertop wasn't level walls not level the job took several hours longer because there were lots of tiles that had to be cut. Plus outlets and outlet covers were supposed to be taken off by homeowners so I took the covers off didn't take outlets out should have. Homeowner came home started taking the outlets out and moving tiles around they were still wet so I just got frustrated should have told me to take out the outlets they were moving tiles around trying to take out the outlets so I had to go back and straighten them all out . But hey got it done and looks good."
