"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"This team is amazing - I cannot underscore that enough! After my family member became disabled due to an accident, we needed accessibility modifications made to our home. AIP completely restructured a fairly small existing bathroom into an ADA-compliant bathroom with roll-in shower stall that is beyond what we had even thought possible. They had knowledge of and experience with specs and features that would be necessary for someone in our family’s situation - many of them details we didn’t even realize we had to consider. AIP were meticulous about sticking to their work schedule as promised and finished the job LITERALLY TO THE HOUR that they promised it would be done. They even left the new bathroom and their workspace sparkling clean and ready for instant use. Perhaps best of all, they demonstrated consistent care and compassion for our family as we made our way through the early weeks of our sudden and sad circumstances. I recommend them over and over again"

"We chose the right company to remodel our kitchen when we went with Kitchen Counsel. Mike was great to deal with from the very beginning. He was up front about what could be done, how long it would take, his prices were reasonable and I was thrilled that I could have any color cabinets I wanted. He gave us a 5 week window for completion (of course, we have an older house, so I added two more weeks for unforeseen problems). The job was completed in 5 weeks – Wow! I have to say the best part of this whole experience was working with Mike's team. I can't say enough about how much John and Jack did for us during this process. They definitely went above and beyond the task and did a wonderful job. The cabinets are custom made maple, their doors are perfectly hung and balanced, the quality is perfect. "Title: Extremely Disappointed with Hallmark Stone's Countertop Installation Service ⭐️ Rating: 1/5 I recently had a countertop installation done by Hallmark Stone, and unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not their priority. First and foremost, the installation crew left an appalling mess behind. Chunks of the old countertop, dust, and debris were scattered all over my cabinets, creating a huge inconvenience and a considerable cleanup task for me. To make matters worse, they took crucial components required to hook back up our plumbing with them and never returned our calls when we inquired about it. We even sought assistance from Home Depot, but they too failed to elicit a response from Hallmark Stone for three long days. Dealing with them prior to the installation was no better. Their communication was incredibly terse, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns or questions. The lack of customer focus was evident, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued. The most alarming part of this entire ordeal was discovering dangerous tools left in our cabinets. Among them was a cutter similar to a razor blade. What if a child had found it before we did? This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts people's safety at risk and on top of that I still have no working plumbing. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Hallmark Stone for any service. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, safety awareness, and basic customer care. I would strongly suggest exploring other options for your countertop needs to avoid the frustration and potential hazards we encountered."
