Paciorek Electric, Inc is located in the Northampton, MA area. The business was started by Timothy M. Paciorek, Electrician in 1997 and became incorporated in 2006. With ten employees, we're small enough to have that "personal touch" but also big enough to take on most jobs. We strive to give great customer service, from returning phone calls to wearing clean shoes or shoe "booties". We take much pride in our work! "I do apologize that we never reconnected. I know you say you were confused why I had to cancel, however, I did explain that we had been bombarded with generator install and generator checkup calls from many people prepping for the blizzard of 2015 that had everyone in the northeast in "panic mode" (24" snow and power outages, advance driving bans and closings, etc) During all of this, we were still in the middle of trying to get a nursing home back up and running that had 50 or so people displaced due to a large water break due to a frozen sprinkler. While we never want to make one customer not feel important as another, when emergency calls and sometimes mother nature comes to play, we have to make decisions that can sometimes change on a day to day basis. We always try to keep all of our appointments and our track record is excellent on this!....While we were tied up with non-stop storm related issues and trying to help as many people as possible in the last few weeks, unfortunately we had not been able to reschedule to perform the misc. work you were looking to have done. Again, sorry for not reconnecting with you, I hope you have had everything taken care of. Tim Paciorek"
