"We originally contacted Brian to measure, source and install window treatments on some skylights and windows, and when we found out he's a renaissance man, we asked him to do many other jobs for us as well--carpentry, electric, plumbing, labor & assembly, you name it. He's a consummate professional, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to work with. He's such a nice guy I even invited him to stay for dinner one evening after he finished working. I'm not sure at this point what Brian can't do, but I'd trust him to tell me if something I asked for was beyond his wide ranging capabilities. - Disassembly, strongman labor, and reassembly of a large piece of exercise equipment in another room in the house

...etc. We've been happy with the results of all these projects--and all the rest that I can't remember at the moment.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds.
