"I just had Blue Bear Plumbing replace my 33-year-old boiler. They were AMAZING from the second I called call in!!! Angi was super friendly and helpful and got me scheduled same day. Which was awesome because I had no heat, and more importantly no hot water!!!!! Kyle a project manager was out that afternoon to take a look at my boiler and help me decide on the perfect replacement for me, which ended up being a Bosch “combo” boiler. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. He even found that my boiler was way too small for my house, which is why my living room never got up to temperature!!! It even looks so cool in my basement, especially compared to that big old metal box that used to be down there, I actually love it! I already recommend Blue Bear Plumbing to my neighbor for their AC project. They made my whole experience the best from start to finish!!!!"

"BUYER BEWARE: On Sept 10, 2025, BlueDrop installed a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. Within hours it failed, flooding our kitchen and basement. Their own plumber confirmed a failed component from installation caused the leak. A restoration company documented saturated walls, cabinets, floors, and basement; demo/rebuild required, fans ran 24/7 for a week. BlueDrop waited a week to file a claim, then their insurer denied liability despite a 30-day workmanship/materials warranty. We?ve now gone 2+ weeks without use of our washer, dryer, or kitchen, forced to hire legal counsel, a public adjuster, and involve our insurance. One BlueDrop contact gave occasional updates, but leadership ignored direct outreach. You pay $2K+ for a filter and instead get water pouring from your basement ceiling. This has been the worst experience we?ve ever had with a company. Think very carefully before proceeding?one bad part can cause massive disruption, leave you responsible"

"Dave from Calzini's Plumbing and Heating got me through a hard time when I couldn't get anyone else to provide service on short notice. As a landlord, I had to replace a hot water heater for my tenants as soon as possible. I had to shut the water off and they were extremely upset about it. The only one that responded and came out right away was Calzini's Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and were out within an hour after with everything functioning perfectly. It was in the evening so couldn't get a permit that night. Dave from Calzini's arrived early the next morning to have a permit pulled and all was good again.
