We?ve now gone 2+ weeks without use of our washer, dryer, or kitchen, forced to hire legal counsel, a public adjuster, and involve our insurance. One BlueDrop contact gave occasional updates, but leadership ignored direct outreach. You pay $2K+ for a filter and instead get water pouring from your basement ceiling.
