"Remodeled an all tile bathroom from the 1960â s. Stripped back to studs. Installed tub/shower surround, new plumbing and glass sliding doors. Also all new LVT flooring, new toilet, new vanity and added a contractor built towel tower, replaced all electrical lights, and added adjustable shelving to bathroom closet. All walls were painted, trim painted and ceiling painted. During the process clear and courteous communications between contractor and home owner. At completion of project the bathroom was exactly as the home owner had envisioned. The contractor kept the work area clean and neat, answered pertinent questions immediately and met all expected issues quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend Chris and his crew for any remodeling projects."

"This company was top notch. They came on time, worked beautifully together and got the job done quickly. I was very impressed. I would definitely call them again for my next project."

"After extensive research into all of the options available, I decided to have my kitchen renovation done by John Dolan. The kitchen design phase went well and all of the decisions I made (with the advisement of John, Caroline or Lorraine) ended up working out well. Once the demolition started, I was very impressed by how careful the workman were in protecting the rest of my space and that of my neighbors. Not a single complaint by my negighbors - in fact, they had compliments for how unobtrusive the renovation went. The workmanship in every step of the renovation has been excellent with meticulous attention to detail. They removed a ceramic floor and replaced it with oak that matches perfectly with the light oak in the adjacent living room. I could not be more pleased and very grateful I decided to go with John Dolan."

"iCornerstone was a great PARTNER in helping design our project. Richard Connolly was outstanding and understood our needs and concerns and put all those goals into the drawing to aid us in building our project. He was very punctual and professional and I could not recommend him enough for any project that you may need a fantastic person to help you in your design needs."

"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house.  It went perfectly.  here are some key highlights.
1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email
2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively.
3. Quality work.  The deck came out beautifully.  The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done.   There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards, etc and fixing the root cause of the problem.  it looks as good as new!  Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone!  No more risk of undue rot.
4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining.
Bill and his team are a hard working group of individuals.  They do a quality job, clean up nicely after themselves.  Furthermore, he was able to get to us quickly and get the job done.
As this is the 2nd time we've used Neary Construction, i can say with certainty that both experiences have been excellent.  Highly recommend.

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Durable Remodeling did a wonderful job. Dean got back to us immediately with a quote and explained it in detail. He kept us apprised of the project all the way. The crew was delightful, the work exceptional. Real quality workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"Reyes Contractors completed multiple projects for us over time. Each time we gladly expanded for more projects and recommend to anyone their services. The work is excellent, high flexibility and schedule, fair and very knkwledgeable, do not shy away from difficult tasks, provide a one stop shop for multiple projects, roofing, siding, staining, painting, construction of ramps, huts, houses, gazebos, fences etc. We love it."

"Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"
