"Lucas & Tiago did an amazing job. They are skilled carpenters who were easy to communicate with and made intelligent suggestions for implementing our unique stairway handrail design. Their work was speedy, efficient, and of the highest quality. Also they meticulously cleaned up after they finished. We could not be happier."

"I hired Richard for the design and specification work. Richard is an open, honest, conscientious and reliable person. His knowledge of the building industry and general contracting is amazing. He has a lot of experience to build upon. Highly recommended!!"

"I would highly recommend MMP Construction. Matt and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hardworking. Even after running into some unexpected structural issues once the walls were opened up they still managed to get the job done in the time frame quoted by working extra hours and weekends. I was truly blown away by the level of dedication and service. Anytime a challenge came up, someone on the team was quick to provide a great solution. And the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"JR and his team did an amazing job. JR is always very responsive. His team worked hard, were always there when they said they would be. They cleaned up and I am so happy with my bathroom remodel. See attached pics. I was SO happy I have hired them to do more work on my house."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "We were very impressed by Lux Renovations from the very beginning. The design and quoting process for our basement gym project was well conducted and professional, easy to follow, and thorough. Unlike other contractors we had an estimate the project, a detailed drawing, selected all materials and colors, and had a detailed cost and timeline while the Lux representative was at our house. The Project Management and build team was excellent to work with. Their work was top notch, clean, and completed on time and budget. We couldn't be happier with our basement home gym."
