"Lucas & Tiago did an amazing job. They are skilled carpenters who were easy to communicate with and made intelligent suggestions for implementing our unique stairway handrail design. Their work was speedy, efficient, and of the highest quality. Also they meticulously cleaned up after they finished. We could not be happier."

"After extensive research into all of the options available, I decided to have my kitchen renovation done by John Dolan. The kitchen design phase went well and all of the decisions I made (with the advisement of John, Caroline or Lorraine) ended up working out well. Once the demolition started, I was very impressed by how careful the workman were in protecting the rest of my space and that of my neighbors. Not a single complaint by my negighbors - in fact, they had compliments for how unobtrusive the renovation went. The workmanship in every step of the renovation has been excellent with meticulous attention to detail. They removed a ceramic floor and replaced it with oak that matches perfectly with the light oak in the adjacent living room. I could not be more pleased and very grateful I decided to go with John Dolan."

"Rich was very professional and super responsive to questions we had. His program shows actual pictures as to how the design will look - which is brilliant, since at times it's hard to imagine how something will look, when just seeing it on paper. His work ethic and responsive truly shows he cares about his customers! Although the actual construction will not happen for a while, we can't wait to see the design come to life."

"The most important part of a remodeling project is your contractor. It is the contractor that determines how smoothly the project goes and how pleased you will be when it is finished. Liam Neary is the contractor I would want to work with again. We actually enjoyed the remodeling process because of Liam. Liam was very attentive to all our concerns throughout the project. All work performed by Liam himself was exceptional. He is neat, prompt, and organized with a-plus communication. Liam is honest, congenial and eager to please. Subcontractor work occasionally did not rise up to Liam's standards. Whenever we pointed these minor details out, Liam always rectified the issues. We love our new kitchen!"

"We recently hired US Pro Paint and Renovation, Inc. to do a remodel of our kitchen. We cannot say enough about JR and his entire team. They were professional, dependable, efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. The turnaround time for our project was quick and the finished product was beyond our expectations. We have already recommended JR and his team to friends and would highly recommend them for any project. It was a pleasure working with US Pro Paint and Renovation, Inc. and look forward to working with them in the future"

"Will and his team did an excellent job with our family room renovation - installed ceiling and did range of carpentry would on beams, walls and stairs. Will was very attentive to detail and checked in frequently to make sure it was what we were expecting, eagerly redoing on section as requested. They got to the project promptly and finished quickly. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend."

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "The architectural designer, Robin, and the contractor, David, were wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. The project started earlier than expected and was completed in about six weeks. We are very happy with the design, layout, and overall results. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!"

"This is my third project with Erick. He remodeled my kitchen and the results are breathtaking. The attention to detail and ease of working with him was phenomenal. I highly recommend!!!!"
