"I had a terrific experience with this company, starting from when I spoke with them on the phone to schedule a time for them to do an estimate, through completion of the work.  They took the time to really understand what work we needed done, then they talked through the estimate with me and discussed exactly what they would do.  Their quoted price was extremely reasonable and in line with what I think this type of work should cost.  It was $500 less than another quote I received from a company that did not even bother to ring my doorbell when they came to look at the gutters.  This other company just jumped out of their truck, looked at the gutters while I was still inside the house, then drove away and emailed me a quote later in the day.  RJ Scalzi on the other hand took the time to look at the gutters with me and explain what they proposed to do, the types of materials they would use, etc.  We got lucky and were able to get on their schedule for the very next day.  Work was completed promptly and professionally and the new gutters look terrific.  Great company, will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them to others.

"Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."
