The replacement gutters were the same black color as the gutters they replaced, meaning that there was no loss of aesthetic visual appeal resulting from this work. The crew put in two (2) ten (10) hour days as they encountered a good deal of unexpected rot in the roofing frame behind the fascia boards.. This rot, of course, had to be replaced with new wood. Luis and I negotiated a reasonable additional cost to handle the extra time needed to accomplish this replacement that could not have been foreseen during the initial assessment on which the job estimate was based.
