I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the first phone call to the follow up after the work was done, total professionalism and excellent customer service. I had a huge problem with birds living (and clogging) my gutters. Edward came and evaluated the situation within a day of the first phone call. He was able to recommend an affordable product to keep the birds out once his team had cleaned out all the buildup. He even went so far as to put the birds nests in a tree, rather than just toss them aside. He took care of a bee's nest and replaced a pipe without adding to the original estimate. His price was affordable and fair! He sent me pictures along the way of the problem and how clean the gutters were now. There was no mess left behind and it was all done quickly and efficiently! He did not ask for a deposit, and payment was handled through Venmo without a problem. I would recommend New England Improvements to anyone looking for a job well done!

They are professional, and they care about their customers so much. They go out of their way to make sure their customer has peace of mind with their project. Their work is neat, clean, and they pay attention to all details. They arrived on time and finished as expected. Even they did beyond their duty and did some small repairs of the loose shingles they noticed during their gutter replacement. I got multiple quotes, and they gave the best one. I highly recommend working with them. Edward, Dennis, and Mathew are the best!

They came out to give an estimate promptly, told me when they would do the job (actually they were one day early) and completed it in the time frame they gave me. The clean-up was thorough and the workmanship was excellent. They were not the least expensive of the 3 quotes I received, but their professionalism was the best. I would highly recommend.

They came out gave me a free estimate then emailed me the scope of work as wells as pictures. I setup the appointment and they came out and did the work. We had 2 good rain storms after the gutters were replace, it fix our problem. I felt I was given a good price. Thank you and I will recommend your company to friends and family.
