"We had AmeriGutter replace all of our gutters and fascia boards in fall 2018. Overall we were very happy. Although it took many weeks after we signed the contract for the work to start, the crew was very professional and worked fairly quickly. I can't say enough about Carlos the job captain who was polite and really seemed to care about doing the job correctly. Brad the owner was responsive when the crew found carpenter ants and we needed to wait for bug treatment and then expand the job to replace all the fascia boards. They also came out again a few weeks later after we had some minor punch-list items. I waited until spring to post the review to see how the gutters performed -- so far, so good! We had four quotes and AmeriGutter was the only company that would do wood fascia boards AND paint them before the gutters were installed. I'm sure the PVC boards last longer but the cost for those seemed high. Costs were in line with rival firms. One strange thing is that the salesman (Andrew) quoted for painting the fascia boards, but I later had the impression that this was a rare option that the crew didn't often do -- they had a special painter guy with them who was new to the company. On the plus side he was also great!"

While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. "Luis and his gutter replacement crew did a fantastic professional job replacing old, rotted wooden gutters and replacing them with aluminium gutters. The replacement gutters were the same black color as the gutters they replaced, meaning that there was no loss of aesthetic visual appeal resulting from this work. The crew put in two (2) ten (10) hour days as they encountered a good deal of unexpected rot in the roofing frame behind the fascia boards.. This rot, of course, had to be replaced with new wood. Luis and I negotiated a reasonable additional cost to handle the extra time needed to accomplish this replacement that could not have been foreseen during the initial assessment on which the job estimate was based. On Day 2 Of the job, Luis supervised a clean-up of the entire area, removing all nails and scraps of metal.
