Response was prompt, courteous, and communications was fantastic. When i discovered a problem after the first rain storm on a Sunday morning, my early morning email was returned quickly followed up by a call soon after. It appears the problem was quickly taken care of, will know better after the next rainstorm. In any event, they are genuinely concerned about getting the work done right and try hard to make it so.
