They immediately called us to give us a quote and explained the details of their service. They messaged us to let us know that the cleaning crew was on their way. The crew arrived as scheduled. Alexis and Jhordan were very professional, efficient and respectful. We highly recommend their service. They did a good and thorough job of cleaning our gutters.

Job has been completed. The contractors seems to know hat to do and moved very fast. Now only time would tell the effectiveness of the work done.

Ned Stevens was hired to clean my gutters. My wife and I were home and never saw the workers in the backyard. Not sure if the gutters above the 2nd floor in the back were cleaned. They completed the job but left debris on the driveway and brick stoop. The workers also bent my Rainbird Rain Guage attached to the front gutter. Given the concerns about the quality and completeness of the work, I cannot recommend Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. They were also the most expensive and most difficult to reach by phone or email.

Excellent service

The gutter cleaning was fine, but this company doe not do business the way I prefer. First, they do not want to schedule a day to do the job, and they want your credit card on file to be able to charge you when they?re done. I told them I would not put my cc on file, and they said ok they would make an exception. I also they insisted they make an appointment, so I could be home. Eventually, they agreed and they did come on that day? at 6pm with no calls ahead or heads up as to when they would show. Then there are the after calls where they keep calling from blocked numbers, or somehow going straight to voicemail to leave messages for me to use their services again. Very spammy and difficult to get off the list. I will not do business with again.

I hired Ned Stevens to clean my gutters and it took them a month to come perform the service after originally quoting a maximum of 2 weeks. I followed up multiple times to check on my service. When following up it was hard to get a hold of the customer service folks after booking the service. I called multiple times, had to wait on hold and finally after getting a hold of a person they just told me that's how long it is taking in my area. Once they finally performed the service it was mediocre. They left debris on my back porch in multiple spots. They did the most basic job and it was disappointing especially after waiting for so long for them to come do the service. Overall disappointed with this service and would not book again.

Bad customer service, I told them that I need a bare minimum of 24 hour notice hour because its a rental property. I'll ever see was a bill. They still just randomly show up.

Ned?s crew did a great job cleaning out the gutters. The only concern was crew text me there were coming at the same time they arrived. Would have been better to get more advance noticed. Also the crew knocked off a roof shingle while power washing the gutter and did not notify me about it. Needed to hire someone else to replace the roof shingle.

They reached out very quickly and offered me a very, very fair price to set up a routine cleaning service.

Called Ned Stevens to get gutter cleaning and they had a great deal on cleaning service that comes out 4 times a year and lowered the overall price of the cleaning so was worth it to pay for the service. Only bad thing was have to pay that whole fee upfront but the guys were very professional and did a wonderful job.

Ned's Home service was very responsive. Arranged to have the gutters clean as soon as possible. They did a great job and cleaned up all of the debris that came from the gutters. Great pricing. Would definitely utilize again for our own home and other homes we are responsible for maintaining.
