I have an original door from 1925. I wanted to refurbish and restore it to it's full potential. Eric, at Black Hammer Carpentry answered my call. From the very start, Eric was professional, dependable, and reliable. He followed through on everything he said he would do, and explained the entire process, from start to finish. His knowledge, artistry, and expertise are second to none. He had to get creative, due to the age of the door, and the difficulty of the project. Eric transformed my ugly entrance into a work of art that I am proud of. His meticulous work on the crown molding around the door is exceptional and really makes the door pop from the inside. Eric is honest and fair in his proposals. He may come in less expensive in bids, but the quality of his work is amazing. Very talented man. I am thinking of replacing my kitchen cabinets and banister next.
