"This was our first big remodeling experience and we are happy with the space. They understood what we wanted out of the end result and they made some recommendations that we hadn't thought of. We appreciated that the project manager gave us some suggestions on flooring and finishes that were within our budget. They handled town inspections and changed things that we requested after the fact. A couple of minor details could have been improved that we didn't notice this until we started using the space. Communication could have been a little better when it came to letting us know when workers would be arriving at our home. "We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don?t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years."

"I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. I have not seen customer service like this at another company in a long time. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. From the CEO to the college kid on the floor and everyone in between- I have been so impressed with their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Iâ m so appreciative to Peter, Ellen, Grace, Ana, Jason, Keith, Jim, Ryan, Wayne and Jim. They have all been so incredibly awesome to deal with, and I feel like I am working more with a family than a huge company. Itâ s amazing they employee so many people who are each individually so helpful. You can tell the owners really care about how their store is represented and that they care about the quality of their work. We (like several other families) decided to build our pool during quarantine in 2020. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

"I called on Friday morning and Junior came out to give me a quote that afternoon. I needed the work done asap and they were able to start the following Monday. They were all friendly, efficient, and professional, and now my basement walls look great! I would definitely use them again."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."
