Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. "We had our new liner installed in April 2021, right away we started talking to them about several areas of the liner falling. They came and tried to bandaid it by placing rubber pieces in the pool that don?t hold. We opened the pool this year and the liner is splitting and the areas are falling even more. I was told we had to buy the new liner and pay for a new install even though we have communicated his issue. I would not recommend that ever. We were told this liner would last 15-20 years."
