"Not a happy customer, very disappointed with the outcome. The mold remediation was contained to a 12 x 24 bedroom and was limited to surface mold (mostly furniture) caused by condensation and humidity. The carpeting was also removed & discarded. The total cost was very expensive ($4,250) for what ended up being 5 hours of work. This is over $800 an hour! Here are a few things we were not happy about; 1. There were plastic barriers taped to the walls during the process which caused the paint/plaster to be pulled off the wall in several areas. Now we have another expense to fix this problem. 2. We had told Kerry to leave us the dumpster for a few more days (since we had paid for it up to a week), but he went ahead and told the company to remove it the following day. 3. We found additional mold on the closet baseboard that had been missed and we needed to clean it ourselves. Needless to say, we do not recommend this company."

Chris Coopee did a fantastic job reviewing reports needed plus conducting a physical inspection of the property for mold in order to produce an informed accurate quote. He also is knowledgeable about asbestos abatement and conducted some testing at the site for us. Not only did Chris do a perfect job, but he turned around the ask in a tight timeframe due to our needs related to a real estate closing. Ann at the main Abide office fielded many questions from me throughout the week and was always pleasant and helpful. "For those of you looking for an honest, kind, caring person in the world of “hazardous vapors” look no further than this company. Kevin at All Clean Environmental Services took my panicked call on a Saturday and listened in detail about health concerns regarding “moth ball odors” in my family’s rental property. With that he volunteered to come and “check out” the offensive odors. Kevin was very discreet as well as thorough in his handling of visit to “our” home. Having never dealt with this problem he was quickly in contact with his suppliers of treatment options."

"When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

"Set up an appointment for an initial 10 minute phone call to talk about what we wanted. Tom ended up spending 25 minutes with us and answered a ton of questions. We subsequently set up an appointment for an initial pre-build inspection of the foundation, framing, roof, and windows. Tom was very thorough. He obviously knew his stuff. Pointed out several items that needed addressing before the insulation and walls went up. Couldn’t be happier with the amount of time he spent, how thorough he was and how much he listened to all my stupid questions and answered them in a language that I could understand. We will have him back before the next phase starts and probably a couple more times before we close. Anyone building a house or buying a new home would be wise to hire Tom. Great piece of mind and cheap insurance. Plus, he’s a really nice guy to boot."
