I provide the best solutions to meet the needs of my customers with comprehensive inspections to identify mold and the underlying causes of it. I use green practices to not only remediate mold but also prevent it from returning. My services are tailored to meet each individual customer's needs to provide a safe, healthy, and mold-free environment. At Saunders Modern Mold Care, I strive to provide excellent service and long-lasting results through a custom experience that only focuses on what is necessary for your particular problem. I have extensive knowledge in mold remediation, but I am always open to discussing any project, big or small, related to restoration and repairs.

Eric was great to work with. My project was rather small and three other vendors quoted insane prices, likely because they didn't want the job. Eric's quote was much more reasonable. He took the time to answer my questions throughout the process and I never felt like he was hustling me the way I did with the other vendors.

Eric was great to work with. He worked with our schedule, really looked around to make sure that the full amount of mold was removed, and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I hope to not have a mold issue in the future, but if I did, I would absolutely use Eric again.

Eric is very easy to work with, he is professional and he knows his stuff. Excellent quality of work. Very reasonably priced and great value for the price. One reason why I chose him was he was going to quote me to remediate AS WELL as fix/repair. Other companies I spoke with with were either going to remediate only or remediate but fix at a separate quote. Many companies were more expensive for remediation only as well. As he can also do many other types of work, essentially one stop shopping. My wife also appreciated that what he used to treat and eliminate the mold was safer and less toxic than what other companies would use. I will also be calling on him on a yearly basis to fog my home annually.

Experienced mold remediator trying to start his own business. Has spent much time testing products to find the ones to do the best job while being safe to use & safe for the environment. Arrived on time & finished on time. Took every precaution to seal off the effected space to stop mold spores from spreading to other spaces. Painted the shower ceiling, which was horrible before remediation, with mold preventive paint. Was easy to contact by phone, e-mail or text if I had questions. This was a job that had to be done ASAP to complete a property sale & Eric was working the morning after his inspection & estimate.

Outstanding service for a fraction of the cost. It made more financial sense to work directly with Saunders than through my insurance company. And the mold of concern was completely remediated based on a follow up air quality test. 5 1/2 stars! Courteous, knowledgeable, and the fastest response time with a bid and service. He beat the competitor hands down.
