I called for an estimate when a house we were purchasing ended up having some mold in the attic during the Home Inspection and Vance came out to take a look at it the next day, getting me a reasonable quote that evening. After purchasing the home, we scheduled with them, and the two techs that showed up (Derek and Renato) were professional, respectful of our house and newly refinished floors, and knocked the job out in no time flat. I took a look a couple of days later, and the areas that had been moldy looked like new (see picture for before/after). Before the weekend, Renato came back and took care of the Antimicrobial Sealing process, and again was punctual, professional, and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area needing mold remediation.

Brian and his crew did a great job. Area left neat. Arrived when they said they would. Answered all questions when I called.

They were responsive, professional, thorough, used quality testing and remediation equipment, and helpful. The scope of work was described in detail, followed carefully and the clean up at completion was meticulous. Did follow up testing at conclusion. Could not be more pleased. The cost figure below includes the testing phase and the remediation, which was in a difficult area and therefore more time consuming and more costly.

Vance came out to our house and evaluated the situation. He thoroughly explained why he thought we had the mold issue (also listened to what I explained had happened over the course of us owning the house and definitely took my comments into consideration). He then went on to explain the process for cleaning the attic. The remediation/sealing is a two day process and the men who came out to perform the work were professional, neat and answered all of my concerns/questions promptly through out the process. The attic looks good and I would recommend their services to others.

From the moment I first called this company they responded in a swift & professional manner. The mold inspector came to the house & inspected all areas with storm damage & explained the clean up process. He also checked the attic & showed me mold I never realized was there since we don't use the attic. He also advised ways in which we can upgrade our attic ventilation so as to avoid future problems.

We had the living areas done (bedroom, bathroom & kitchen) & after following through on their suggestions for attic ventilation they will return to complete the job in the attic later this month.

I was very impressed with their quote which detailed all the steps & also listed all chemicals & treatments that they would be applying.

The 3 young men that did the work were extremely professional & gave great attention to covering flooring & such with plastic to  ensure the house stayed clean. The office personnel are very responsive & kept in touch advising us of their expected arrival times & whether they were running late.

I had called Advanced Mold Detection for our company. We had an office with a small amount of mold we needed to clear out. I called on Friday and they came out the following Monday. Storm was great while he was hear but it is now the 25th of June and after an email and 4 calls to the company they refuse to give us a quote or contact us back. If they didn't want the job, a simple call back to say so would have been appropriate.
Would not recommend to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.

My buyer's home inspector found heavy black mold all over my attic
ceiling. They told me that I needed to replace all of the ceiling's
wood. I did not want to spend that much money, so I decided to call a
mold remediation company. My realtor suggested that I call Advanced Mold
Detection Services. I called their office and they were very polite and
informative. They sent the owner right out to my house. He found the
cause of the mold and told me that I did not need to have the roof
replaced and that his company could clean the attic ceiling and the wood
would look great. They sent me out a mold remediation quote that night. I decided to contract them to remediate
the attic ceiling mold and I am glad I did. The wood looks like new!
Also, the owner was extremely polite and professional and I would highly
recommend them for anyone who has attic ceiling mold.

My neighbor referred them to me. She used them for mold remediation to her basement walls and ceilings and was very happy with there professionalism and quality of their work. I had a big problem with reoccuring attic ceiling mold. I had it treated 2 years ago, but it grew back. The original company gave me a deal, but with no warranty. They refused to retreat. So, I gave Advanced Mold Detection Services a call. The office person was very nice and was able to answer a lot of my questions. She sent Vance, the owner, out to my house. Besides the mold, he noticed that my attic wasn't venting properly. He said that I needed a more open type ridge vent and additional soffit venting. I took his advice and had a roofer perform these suggestions. The improved venting was immediately noticeable by how cooler the attic was. I then contracted Advanced Mold to remediate the mold from the attic ceilings. They showed up on time and took care to cover the hallway floor areas. They were very professional and worked very hard. They were able to get the black moldy attic ceiling wood looking very clean and new. I was truly amazed and even took a picture. For how badmy attic mold was, they could not have been more fair in their price. They also gave my piece of mind with a long warranty against mold re-growth.

I would highly recommend them and feel that Advanced Mold Detection Services is one of the top service providers for mold remediation in Massachusetts.

Frankly I thought they were going to remove some mold in my attic but they sprayed some chemical on to kill the molds. I'm not actually happy with them because I can still see the molds.
