The replacement of the system went fine and they also took a sample of water to be tested. I ran into some issues when I had some complaints/questions about a strange taste with the water right after replacement. I called and was referred to Dan who said to give it a few days. I called about a week later - the strange taste was still there (not as strong) and I was wondering about the water test results. I spoke with Dan again about the taste and some of the water test results. He then suggested he would touch base with me the following week. He did not call when he had said he would. I subsequently called the office two or three times and each time I was told Dan wasn't in the office and he would return my call. I never heard from him. The original system had been installed in 1997 and I was very happy with the folks who installed it. They were also very responsive at that time when I had some issues with the system. It seems that the company might be under new ownership at this time...

We have a great deal of copper piping in our home that was springing leaks. Friot installed a water system that would change the ph level approx 5 years ago and we haven't had a problem since. Friot has since maintained the water system on a yearly basis and we are thrilled with the product and the service.
