Chester and his team were great to work with. In addition to fixing the water and mold damage they fully rebuilt everything, including our master bathroom from scratch (it had to be fully demo'd due to shower pan leak). The work was done quickly, was very high quality, and was done within budget. Chester did a great job negotiating reimbursement from my homeowners insurance. The whole process went much more smoothly than I could have imagined.

Excellent. Within a week, AirPro came out, inspected the attic, outlined the work needed, and sent us an estimate. Work was scheduled and completed as planned. The crew was great and all the phone/e-mail contact with the office was pleasant and efficient.

I am three plus years into a 5 year warranty I cannot even get them to come to my home to recheck the mold that has returned in two roof bays of my attic. My wife has had numerous phone calls with Lisa of the company and over a month has passed and she keeps saying she is researching the mold numbers and the contract. Apparently, she is having trouble locating the contract, though I have mine on hand. I am in the final stages of getting solar put onto my house so I need to know if they will have to redo the affected area or will I have to remove the section of roof and replace the plywood and roofing materials in that area. The heats on me to get some kind of resolution or the solar install will be delayed. It's in the final stages and just waiting for the confirmation from the current power provider to begin install. Mold can be dangerous to myself and my family members and I need to know if it can be retreated or if it will be required to remove the affected section. I have always thought of Angies list as a watchdog for bad contractors even though I rarely use a contractor. I think it's time for me to look again at Angies List due to this situation I'm in now. I would hope you would add this review to there file so other unexpecting customers don't go through what we are now experiencing with this contractor. Apparently they do not back-up their work and I went from a "A" rating to and "F" for this company creating a now bad experience.

About 8 years ago, i had a bad mold problem in my attic due to a improperly installed dryer vent and a difficult to ventilate roof. The mold was so bad, and I needed a new roof anyway, so we ripped off the entire front side of the roof and installed new plywood along with new shingles etc. Airpro treated the rafters and put a mold preventative on the new plywood.
Well fast forward 8 years, and i found some new mold growing in some hard to reach places. Turns out the roofers (not airpro) had improperly installed the ridge vent, and the attic was not ventilating properly. So after I had it fixed, I called Mike from Airpro who remembered me and came out to take a look. 
Even though it was not Airpro's fault that the mold came back,  Mike offered to do the Job at cost of materials and labor. 
Chet and his crew did the job in 2 days and did a great job. They were very neat, punctual, and thorough and I cannot see any mold. Chet even offered some other solutions to help ensure that mold does dot come back in what is a very difficult to ventilate attic with a long roofline, vaulted ceilings, and skylights.
 Lisa in the office is very professional and great to work with on the phone. 
 I would definitely recommend them.

Chet and his crew removed all the black mold from the attic.  Day one, they sprayed the mold and scraped it.  Day two, they sealed all surfaces.  Day three installed a thermostatically controlled fan.
They were punctual, efficient, and thorough in their work.  Working in a 90 degree plus attic is not an easy job but they did it!  I highly recommend them!

Overall it was a great experience. Chet came out on a Saturday to survey the attic and provide a quote. He was very friendly and informative. AirPro was also very accommodating with appointment dates and time. Lisa who I worked with coordinating dates was very friendly and responsive. When Chet and his team came out to do the job they were efficient and professional. They left the area very clean when they were finished. I would use AirPro's services in the future if need be.

It went great.  Mike was able to come out within a couple of days of my call. He came on time and got right to work.  He inspected not only the closets where the issue was but also the entire rest of the house.  He did find minor mold/mildew growth in my closets but said that it was not a big problem at all and that it was very easy to clean up myself.  He recommended not only a method and specific products for cleaning but also gave me really great advice on prepping and painting to ensure that the problem didn't reappear.  He also gave me a great advice on some other renovation work I was doing as he's a licensed home inspector as well.  I immediately felt very comfortable with Mike and felt he was very trustworthy.  Best of all, when I asked him what the charge was for the inspection - he said ZERO - my inspections are free.   Do not hesitate to use Mike.  He's very knowledgeable and seems very honest, trustworthy, and fair. What more do you want from your contractor?

I have not seen mold return and find basement dehumidifier making a major improvement in air moisture in the summer months.

The job was not great. While completing the work, they caused some damage in our home. The people who worked for the company did not let us know that the damage had happened and we had to discover it on our own.  Someone had leaned on a venting area in our attic and it ripped it off our wall. They tried to tack it back on attempting for it not be noticeable. When we contacted them, they did pay for the repairs.

The work they did seemed fine. They were thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. I had no complaints.

I contacted AirPro when the buyer's home inspector discovered mold in our attic, as part of our home sale.  AirPro was so prompt, thorough, and clearly documented that we saved the sale, made the buyer happy and comfortable with the correction, and on top of it all, got it done in a tight schedule.  Oh, of course, the crew was fabulous, and the work itself was top notch, but the spectacular project management and communications are what set these guys apart from every other vendor I've worked with during the buying and selling of a house.

This is a great old fashioned company, and Mike is a great professional.I was told by carpet cleaners that we had mold in our carpets, and that we should contact a specific company (unamed) who would charge me $175 for an inspection. After the inspection he would clean the carpet. We were told not to look in the yellow pages but go to this specific company. Instead I went to Aniges list .AirPro was the only company listed with an A rating. I called AirPro on Sunday and Mike answered. He came out Monday and examined the carpets,and a quick exam of the house. He said one the carpets had mildew, everything else was fine. He recommended replacing the carptet and to think about getting a humidifer.HE CHARGED US NOTING!. Part of the free initial inspection. How is that for old fashioned service!

During their inspection, the buyers of our home found mold growing in the eaves spaces. After consultation with several different companies, we chose Air Pro to do the remediation and could not have been more pleased with the results. Chet and Mike were incredibly professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They really did a great job helping us through what was probably one of the most stressful events in the whole home buying/selling transaction, and were mindful of the time-sensitive nature of getting our job done to keep our buyers happy. They made sure that the documentation of work done satisfied their requirements, and included a transferable warranty. The crew worked on one of the hottest days of the summer in our small attic space with zero complaints, and did a thorough and conscientious job of cleaning their way right out our door.Although I hope to never require their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mold mitigation work.
