"We've been working with Ron and his crew for three years now, after first finding him on Angie's List in 2012.  That spring, we decided to install a large outdoor hot tub in the back yard, which required significant reworking of some rock walls, installation of a crushed stone pad on which the hot tub sits, and installation of a wooden fence completely surrounding the back yard.  The total price for that work was ~$30,000 (I don't remember the exact number - its been awhile).   At that time, I interviewed two other landscape design companies, but decided to go with Narrow Lane because Ron really seemed to get what we wanted to do and his prices were reasonable.  Although the work in the back yard took longer than we had hoped and there were few issues that came up during the construction process, Ron handled all of our concerns in a very professional manner and we were ultimately very pleased with the result.  In the summer of 2013, with a budget of $10,000, Ron turned an ugly unused side yard where we had a significant erosion problem into a beautiful landscape complete with lichen-covered boulders, natural stone steps, numerous bushes, ferns and other plantings.  We have had many, many compliments from the neighbors about how good this looks!  At that time, we also hired Narrow Lane to maintain our property, and we have been generally pleased with their services.  This spring and summer, Ron and his crew will be repairing the crumbling stone steps leading up to our front door (~$4,000 estimate) and hopefully installing some more landscaping in the back yard.  Needless to say, we really like Ron and his crew!
