After an outstanding and flawless initial experience with Real Pro Rehab for a large-project basement remodel, my first follow-up project might have been smaller in scope but just as rewarding and efficient - and, really, beyond. Ultimately, this was really more a collection of small projects that somehow were all worked together, finished ahead of schedule, and all done perfectly. The new sliding door out to our deck is exactly what we hoped for. The additional plumbing and electrical work that we added in and that was done throughout the house is exactly what we hoped for. What I appreciate most about Greg in general is his communication and logistical planning along the way - even when I increase scope along the way. What this latest project made me specifically realize, though, is not just the quality of Greg's work and planning for his direct team but his uncanny and incredible ability to line up all of his excellent subs in a way that just perfectly flows and happens. There really isn't a way to finish any project on-time without this, but my second experience of witnessing something finish ahead of schedule has made me really appreciate this about Greg and his extended team. Real Pro Rehab is the real deal. Greg and his crew were top notch in every aspect of the project. They just finished my attic dormer and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product as well as the collaboration. I had wanted to do this project for some time, and the only concern I had was how invasive the project would be to the rest of my home. Greg handled everything perfectly, and planned his work step by step. He gave my attic a level floor, installed beams to carry loads down to the basement, and made pinpoint incisions in the roof. He did all of this without having to modify anything on the floors below, took care to minimize any dust, removed all debris everyday, and planned the actual roof tear off on a stretch of days that did not have rain. In my experience, it is attention to these kinds of details on a project that takes it from good to great. Greg genuinely sees these details, and delivers an exceptional product. I would not hesitate to hire Greg again in the future, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I hired Real Pro Rehab to add an addition to totally renovate an 18th Century Tavern as well as build a separate 3 car garage and deck with handicap ramp leading from garage to addition. The work started at a bad time with the advent of COVID which caused delays in the work due to subcontractor issues, materials shortages and utility company holdups. All of which caused delays in executing the total gut rehabilitation, structural replacements of the structure. It caused numerous delays but Real Pro Rehab stuck it out and eventually completed their obligations. With two families to appease and so many issues we remained close trying to complete a very large undertaking. When a job is drawn out everyone gets on edge and at the end of the grind I would recommend Greg and his team to others. He stuck with it and overcame many obstacles.

Real Pro Rehab took on this project restoring and adding on to a 18th century Tavern at a tough time. Covid was in bloom and I'm sure it was a problem for him with his subs and material suppliers. As a result the project ran longer than anyone anticipated. However Greg was resolute in overcoming these obstacles and finally completing the project. He also had problems with the utility company that took some time to resolve and also held him back. We came to be close and I consider him a friend . When you have a big project make sure you have a good architect so everything is in black and white . Listen to Greg and I believe he sincerely has your interest at heart. He was trying to balance two families in this project and I know from being in the construction field all my life it is hard enough dealing with one. Real Pro Rehab did an unbelievable job on my project. Gregâ s level of communication is better than anyone I have worked with in the past. Our project was a gut renovation along with building a 3rd floor addition, this included renovating/building 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, new staircase, removing two chimneys, and reconfiguring the support structure of the entire house. Greg helped me through the permit application process including a special hearing to get permission to undertake this project. The end result has blown my wife and I away. Greg has asked me how I wanted to approach many situations and got to know exactly what we wanted, then he was able to make decisions at times which fell perfectly in line with what we wanted. Anytime there were any issues that arose, he fixed them immediately. The pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I got, and all change orders that I requested were priced fairly. Not only was the work extremely good, but the job site was also kept in great condition every single day to the point that I had neighbors on two separate occasions come up to me outside the house and tell me how much they appreciated the cleanup every day. There had been large jobs done in the past 2 years on my street and the contractors let trash and debris blow all over the neighborhood and Real Pro Rehab never had any issues like that. We hired Real Pro Rehab to complete a second-floor addition, with some elements of renovation in the existing portion of the second floor. This was a huge project, and Greg managed everything beautifully despite the many challenges presented by COVID-19 circumstances. Greg and his crew were professional and reliable, and they were very careful about their work areas and protecting our home (and being aware of the whereabouts of my children who were learning from home). They followed all COVID safety protocols and made sure that the subcontractors did the same. Communication was excellent, and Greg answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns promptly, and he approached all matters with an impressive level of expertise. Greg dealt with any subcontractor issues quickly, and he timed the inspections perfectly; there was never any lag time where work was not being completed. We hired Real Pro Rehab for a 2nd floor addition which included an office and a master bedroom renovation with a walk in closet. Greg and his team where fantastic. The project was completed in the time frame he laid out from the get go and was he right on budget. Greg and his team took out a wall for me and installed some hardwood floors. Greg has a good eye for design and they really did a great job. Greg really takes pride in his work and communication is excellent; if you have any questions or concerns Greg will get back to you within minutes. He purchased, the window the wood around the window he match the to my wood flooring and it turn out beautiful. He kept his work space very clean there customer service is excellent and now I have a beautiful bay window done with perfection.
