When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"BEAUTIFUL, METICULOUS, RESPECTFUL. We had water damage due to ice dams taking out half of our dining room ceiling, exterior downstairs bathroom wall, kitchen ceiling. He called me and arrived on time for our first meeting and always arrived on time for the rest of the visits.through the contract. The prep was amazing. They did everything they should in regards to going over old oil paint for the molding, which other painters did not do for our upstairs. They did not cheat in anyway by just painting it over like some contractors. They always arrived on time as scheduled, the clean up was fabulous. They laid down drop cloths, protected the hardwood floors. When I say they did a meticulous job I mean it. They scraped around the window frames, the china cabinet, then sanded and patched and skim coated areas in the wall. I have never experienced such precision when it comes to painting. The ceiling is far more beautiful than it ever was and they had to replace half of it. Humberto was patient when I wanted to add recessed lighting which was not really part of his plan or within his timeframe but he let it go and I was able to get the electricians in on time and it worked out fine. They are trustworthy, friendly and just perfect.

Many of the house shingles and one fascia board were in poor condition and needed replacement. They replaced and painted a fallen drain pipe. The team did an excellent replacement job.
