"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought The communication, quality and timeline was great.
