Jeff and his team do very high quality work and are extremely professional. They finished on schedule and in record time. As the walls were opened, we ended up needing to change our initial design and this was done with no effort and no issue. Jeff is very communicative and transparent, so there were no surprises. We valued his opinions and experience as the project progressed and were very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend and would use him again!"

"We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "Looking forward to having D&S back for our next project! Sanfer and the crew were conscientious, flexible and tidy. Took our bathroom down to studs for a total makeover. External patching and painting of the siding, to accommodate the resized window, is seamless. Converting the bathroom door to a pocket door really opened up the space in our small family bathroom. Ultimately decided to have Sanfer expertly update the remaining doors on the same floor - replaced all door panels and installed new hardware. Looks fantastic! No surprises regarding cost - good communication, transparent, great value."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Wallpaper removal = A; plastering = A-; painting: C+. We were disappointed in the overall experience. They were kind enough and their wallpaper removal and plastering was great, really solid—but on the final day, they rushed with the painting to get it done on the original time frame, and while one room was top notch, another was above average, and the bathroom was very sloppy. There was wall paint on our bathroom tiles, vanity, and shower; unsanded/unsmoothed plaster chunks that were just painted right over and were unsightly and lumpy; peeling caulking; parts where the paint was crooked or misaligned with baseboards; paint dribbles on floor and utensils on counter; and they did a poor job cleaning up, with plaster dust everywhere, paint to be cleaned up in the bathroom, and paint and plaster dust in, on, and around our cabinets. One of the crew members’ painting skills was just rushed and poor and it detracted from the others’ skills. By the time the job was over they rushed to get out of the house and did not carefully complete a walkthrough."
