"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

He came to the house the first Saturday after my e-mail and met with my husband and me. He said he could do the job but that it would make better sense for us financially to divide the work into smaller projects and farm them out to specialists. For example, he recommended that we pick out a new flooring at Lowe's and have Lowe's install it. If he had his crew install the same floor, he would charge us much more. We think he gave us excellent advice and are following it.

"The house we bought had an existing, partially finished, unpermitted basement. We hired Crystal Renovations to re-do the space so it would be functional, more in line with our taste & permitted. They made the laundry room an actual room as opposed to a basement area with a washer & dryer, took down the drop ceiling & replaced it with a real ceiling, took out the 1984 glass block surround to the shower & replaced with drywall, repaired stairs going down to the area & laid new floor throughout. Pedro & his crew were incredibly efficient - the whole process took around 10 days. We were fortunate & they didn’t run into any unforeseen issues once all the demo was done, so the final cost was in line with what had been quoted & the modifications we agreed to. They transformed an ugly, afterthought of a basement into an entire new living space to our house that is functional & looks fantastic. We would definitely hire them again & highly recommend."

"I hired All work to remodel my smaller-ish bathroom, and I am very pleased with hiring them. They have an expert for each part of the project. They have a great sales guy who comes out to your home to give you an estimate then they have a project manager who manages the process then they have an electrician, painter, a plumber and demolition guys, we bought half of the stuff and they provided half of the stuff and then they installed the stuff we bought The communication, quality and timeline was great. Took about two weeks. Since they have an expert for each part, itâ s not just one person who is a jack of all trades and Iâ m not saying thatâ s a bad thing because these jack of all trades people I guess Iâ m not an expert I just want thing but anyways Iâ m saying this because this company was also the most expensive out of the other two or three companies, I Communicated with for an estimate such as thousands of dollars more. I believe in you get what you pay for most of the time so long story short I highly recommend this company but if you are budget conscious and only can stay below 10,000 for example for a bathroom remodel , I donâ t think it would be possible but if you are able to spend a little bit more than you can get it done. "After we called him Liam came by one evening after work, looked at the scope of the job and had a quote to me within 2 days. We scheduled the work but had to postpone due to rain. Rescheduled and had the work done. - Removed rotted wall trim board from around all four edges of deck and removed from site. - Supplied and installed new composite trim boards on edge deck on all four sides. - Re-secured joists to beam and reinstalled the decking that had sunk because of rotten joists to same location. - Removed existing broken attic stairs and replaced with new stairs and trim. All done personally by Liam Neely and his assistant Kevin between the hours of 7:00am and 1:30pm (very quick). Clean up was thorough. BTW - Liam is one of the most pleasant guys that we've had come into this house to do work. Highly recommend his services."
