"We had a great experience! Joe was able to come earlier, so he called and asked if that would be fine. I was already home so that worked out great! It took him about 2 hours. All I had to do was show him where all the vents were in the house and he went to work! We purchased a house where the previous owner did very little regular maintenance. Joe said the vents in really bad condition and I had no idea how bad until I saw how clean they were when he was done! He recommended doing this every 2-3 years and we will be calling Lowe's again when the time comes for cleaning again."
