They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."
