"I didn’t just get 1 person, I got 3 working on my projects since he came with his 2 brothers which made the project go much faster. I had an idea about what I wanted but he helped design the deck and added beautiful details to make it look better then I had imagined! They worked straight through the heatwave we unfortunately were hit with right on the dates my deck construction was scheduled for, and though I would have understood if they had said they needed to push back the project until the heat wave broke, they just came earlier in the morning each day to be able to still complete the work within the time I had been told! They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
